Brand Building – community stories

With the continued NSW drought, Crown Equipment wanted to contribute to the community in a positive way to help farmers struggling with the effects of the drought. We set up an affiliation with Rural Aid, in which Crown donated 6 forklifts, with specially fitted spikes, to help unload and distribute donated hay bales to NSW farmers. Crown participated in events at Tamworth, Binnaway, and Moree. We ran social media around these events, photographed and produced videos. The level of reach and engagement on Crown's social analytics increased significantly with one video gaining over 100K views within 24 hours. The continued success of connecting with real customers in the community for Crown Equipment's social media channels, has seen a constant growth in their engagement and reach on social media.
